The Hallo-Hoops Event will be held on Saturday, October 25th from 2-5:00pm in the Wolstein Center. Student Organizations are asked to participate from 2-4pm and will get the chance to create their own Halloween themed façade (Façade creation will take place October 23rd from 6:30-9:00pm at the Wolstein Center Loading Dock). Student Organizations can use their created facades to hand out candy, sponsor arts/crafts, other activities for the greater Cleveland Community at Saturday's Hallo-Hoops Event.
The Student Organization with the best Facade as voted on by Trick or Treaters & Staff will win 8 tickets to the Hunter Hayes December 11th concert at the Wolstein Center!
* Thursday, October 23rd 6:30-9:00pm- Façade Creation, Student orgs will create their Halloween themed facades. Athletics will supply cardboard/paint/supplies.
* Saturday, October 25th Hallo-Hoops
2:00pm- Student Organizations can pick up their Halloween facades from the loading dock, bringing them to the Wolstein Center Concourse.
3-4:00pm Organizations hand out candy from their Halloween themed façade (Student Organizations are asked to provide their own candy and/or craft making supplies, at least 5lbs of candy is suggested).
4:00pm- Women's Basketball scrimmage/intros
4:30pm- Men's Basketball scrimmage/intros
5:00pm- Event Ends
Magnus Fest 2016 VIP RSVP (University Administrators ONLY)
This is the RSVP for Magnus Fest (https://www.csuohio.edu/studentlife/magnusfest) on Saturday August 27, 2016 at the Wolstein Center.
The program will begin at 4:00pm with a new student convocation that will include a welcome address from various University officials and student representatives. Beginning at 4:30pm, PlayFair will provide an engaging program for first year students. That will lead into an outdoor picnic starting at 6:00pm that includes a information fair of approximately 100 tables, entertainment and games.

Magnus Fest 2016 Attendance Confirmation - Student Affairs Administrators
On Saturday August 27th the Division of Student Affairs will be hosting our 3rd annual Magnus Fest event for first-year students to be held at the Wolstein Center. This event welcomes all first-year students to campus with a formal convocation program, ice breaker activity, information fair, dinner, and entertainment. This year we would like for the entire Division of Student Affairs to join us for the program to welcome students to campus.
The agenda for the day is the following:

6:00pm – Information Fair, Dinner & Entertainment

This form is for offices and departments to sign up to have a table at the campus information fair at Magnus Fest 2016! This year, Magnus Fest will be held on Saturday August 27th from 4 pm-8 pm at the Wolstein Center. The campus information fair portion of the day will be from 6-8pm on the south side of the building (Carnegie Avenue). At that same time as the fair there will be music, a catered dinner and entertainment outside the Wolstein.
Table set-up will begin at 4:30 pm with the expectation that your table be ready by 5:30pm. Rain location is the concourse of the Wolstein Center.
